Q: How do I get started?

A: Fill out the required fields under the Quote Connection tab.

Q: Can I customize each package?

A: Absolutely! Each event is unique and there is no "one size fits all". When we have our initial consultation, we will go over your vision and adjust any package you are interested in to make it a reality. 

Q: Do you provide the liquor, beer and wine?

A: No. The client provides all alcohol. Sunshine Pours Bartending Services is a Dry-Hire Bar, which means we do not provide or sell any alcohol. There are however, liquor delivery services in some areas to make shopping easier.

Q: What exactly do I need to provide for my event?
A: We ask you to provide the following items: alcohol! That's it if you go with our Shimmer or Sparkle Package! If you choose the Sunshine Package, you will be responsible for mixers (sodas & juices), waters, specialty syrups, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws and ice. Also, please be sure venue provides bar table/bar station for service (portable bar also available for rent).

Q: How do I know what alcohol to buy or how much?

A: That's what our complimentary beverage-service consultation will cover. We will go over guest count and popular products that are must-have's at the event.

Q: What forms of payment are acceptable?

A: Electronic (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay), or cash. All major credit/debit cards are accepted but will be charged a 2% processing fee.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. Mandatory deposit due within 24 hours of signed agreement in order to complete booking. This is a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will need to paid no later than 10 days prior to event date.

Q: How do I know my booking is confirmed?

A: Confirmations will be sent via email.

Q: Is gratuity included in the price?

A: No.  ​

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Absolutely. We are certified and insured with a $2 Million general liability policy & a Liquor liability policy.

Q: What if I have to extend my event?

A: You will be charged an additional rate of $30 per hour for each bartender working

Q: What's the ratio for guests per bartender?

A: 1 bartender per 60-75 guests. We have skilled bartenders who are highly trained to handle volume at an efficient speed. You are always more than welcome to add an additional bartender to any package. 

Q: Do you travel? If so, is there an additional fee?

A: There is a charge of $1.00 per mile for events & venues that are located more than 30 miles from our office in Oviedo, FL. Our Zip code is 32765.
